Agreement

By accessing FreightDesk.io (“the platform,” “the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Use of the service

The platform is provided to service providers and their customers under the commercial terms in your master service agreement with FreightDesk. Your account credentials are confidential and you are responsible for activity on them.

Carrier relationships

FreightDesk does not hold a broker license, does not factor receivables, and does not sit in the financial transaction between an SP, its customers, and its carriers. Your carrier contracts and customer relationships remain yours.
