Origin
Why we exist.
Logistics back offices spend a third of their cost on manual data entry. Six carrier portals, fifteen minutes per BOL, weekly invoice reconciliation, exceptions handled over the phone.
Enterprise TMS suites solve some of this — for companies that can spend $250,000 and nine months on implementation. Smaller and mid-market players can't, so they live in spreadsheets and homegrown systems.
FreightDesk was founded to give them a real alternative.
