FreightDesk.io (“FreightDesk,” “we,” “our”) provides a logistics workflow platform to service providers and the shippers they serve. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, business email, company, role); operational data you submit to the platform (shipment details, BOLs, customer records); and standard usage data collected automatically (browser, IP address, pages visited).
Page views are logged via HubSpot's analytics cookie, which links returning visitors to their CRM record when they have previously submitted a form. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings.
How we use it
To operate the platform, communicate with you, improve our service, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
